Red Agency's specialist social media division #RedSocial is looking for an Insights & Optimisation Executive based out of the Sydney office to join its fast-growing national social team.
Reporting into our Insights and Optimisation Manager, this is a new and exciting role, working alongside the wider social team including the Social Director, Content Managers and Community Managers - in this role you will be the go-to person for all things data and insights.
At #RedSocial we believe that not a single creative concept should be developed without a clear reason for being that is backed by data. To us this rationale applies across all activity from large scale campaigns to 'always on' posts.
Rather than content calendars - we look to create content experiences. And in crafting a quality content experience data plays a crucial role, from analytical buyer persona development to insight led optimisations and smart targeting methods.
You will provide support and guidance across all #RedSocial accounts and assist in ensuring the #RedSocial vision of ‘being good at business because of social media’ is brought to life both across campaigns and in the ‘everyday’.
As part of your role, you will be responsible for supporting the Insights and Optimisation Manager in the planning and investment of the agencies largest clients across their paid social campaigns. You will ensure successful campaign implementation and management; including campaign set-up, optimisation and ongoing delivery to goals across paid social.
You will also manage operational tasks associated with implementation and optimisation including but not limited to budget pacing, competitive analysis, post campaign reporting, administration and finance.
In this role you will work closely alongside Havas’ creative and media divisions, bringing our clients’ goals to life through fully integrated solutions across a range of channels & disciplines.
This is a position that will best suit someone with 2-3 years’ experience in paid social media and analytical campaign reporting.
Your attention to detail is second to none, you enjoy working as part of a driven and dynamic team and thrive when venturing into unknown territories. You don't just want to work in social, you want to pave the way in how social media as well as influencer marketing success is determined, measured and optimised.
The ideal candidate has a real interest in the implementation of successful integrated social campaigns, with experience stretching across content, influencer marketing and paid.
