What your next 12 months could look like…
In three months:

  • You’ll have a thorough understanding of all client activity in market/live briefs
  • Developed an understanding of your client’s objectives/challenges/opportunities
  • Introduced to the Mindshare AMF framework, applied it to client briefs to provide original thinking to clients
  • Become familiar with the GroupM data and knowledge platform – GroupM Knowledge 

In six months:

  • You’ll be leading all trading across the client portfolio
  • Participating in the development of implementation plans
  • Taking a proactive approach to the client relationship
  • Established yourself as the day to day client contact for all investment-based queries
  • Become the lead media owner contact for campaigns
  • Participated in formal training programs offered by GroupM

In 12 months:

  • You will have established a road map for your career development including training opportunities
  • Increased your contribution and ownership of implementation planning within responses

Responsibilities of the role:
As one of the lead traders across for the client you will develop media briefs, book all media activity analyse media owner responses and provide feedback to media owners. In this client-facing role, you will present final recommendations to the client and take responsibility for campaign delivery including budget management and reconciliation. Using GroupM Knowledge to optimise your campaign, you will develop negotiation strategies and review trading performance.

What you will need:

  • Digital trading/buying experience
  • Ideally previous TV buying experience but not essential
  • Willingness to work as part of a team
  • Desire to have fun and add to the Mindshare Culture
  • Qualifications in marketing or relevant practical experience
  • A provocative mindset to challenge the norm and want to push the boundaries to help grow the industry
  • Team focus and willingness to play as one
