Overview:

An opportunity now exists to join our Zenith agency in Sydney to work on a globally recognised and a much-loved supermarket brand as the Digital Director. You will continue to drive innovation and play an integral part as they evolve into the world of eCommerce.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the digital operations and will play a vital role in controlling the day-to-day effectiveness and efficiencies of your team of 6 digital specialists.  You will plan and ensure successful delivery of brand and performance campaigns, manage media negotiations for the team, be an expert on all key digital systems and tools, a strong depth of knowledge in digital media planning, buying, implementation, optimisation and reporting plus so much more!

You will work closely with the offline Account Director, always be involved in upstream responses to briefs and bigger strategies, have a strong point of view around all digital recommendations and developments and successfully manage media owners, creative agencies, peers and other internal teams.

YOU

  • Must have an excellent grasp of all digital media (planning and buying)
  • Must have experience and working knowledge of performance media platforms – From Ad servers to DSPS/bid management platforms, analytics, view ability tech and audience planning tools such as Nielsen.
  • Strong team management and leadership skills.
  • Has proven abilities in mentoring, training and developing high performing teams
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Can confidently present, and construct well substantiated digital media strategies.
