Overview:
The day to day...
- Working alongside the Senior Account Director and other members of the Account Service team, you will liaise with clients while empowering autonomy from the media team, managing campaign activity from brief to implementing media, through to presenting and reporting on performance.
- Find growth in helping to proactively seek out opportunities to drive integrated solutions across CHEP disciplines, supporting the collaboration across departments to ensure alignment with the overall communications strategy.
- Prepare internal media team briefs and debriefs, taking ownership of accuracy, consideration and though.
- Working with the media team to ensure disciplined tracking & reconciliations of client paid media expenditure with a commitment to total accuracy when dealing with company finances and client budgets.
- Seek out publishers / technology providers who have something new and interesting that may be applicable to our clients, proactively sharing relevant opportunities with key client leads. Drive creative thinking and inspiration amongst CHEP teams by seeking out relevant case studies and sharing/presenting to the teams with a POV.
Who you are
You will ideally have 3+ years’ experience working at a media agency. With experience in media planning and buying across a broad range of clients and media.
- Natural account and client management skills - someone who brings the best out others and instils confidence in clients.
- Experience interrogating client briefs and evaluating media & connection opportunities against the brief and requirements.
- Ability to write and present proposals to clients based on their brief.
- Excellent understanding of all agency processes and workflow, from briefing through to execution & analysis.
- You have experience building relationships with vendors and a natural ability to negotiate.
