Overview:

As part of the HX Partnerships team, the Digital Manager is responsible for managing the digital performance business within our individual HX Planning and Activation teams and driving best in class implementation. As a valued member of the team, the Digital Manager is responsible for driving and enhancing our agency culture of Never Standing Still.

This role is open to remote workers.

 

What you will do with us:

  • Manage the digital performance business within the individual Starcom client team
  • Provide client leadership on digital performance strategy, partnerships and tech opportunities
  • Develop and grow relationships with clients and client teams through digital performance excellence
  • Work cohesively as HX Partnerships for integrated media solutions for clients
  • Meet or surpass client digital performance targets
  • Oversee the execution and optimisation of biddable programs and campaigns
  • Be a Precision product advocate and champion our Precision media proposition

What you will bring:

  • Proven ability and demonstrating of exceeding client and campaign objectives
  • Min 3-5 years’ experience across social & or programmatic
  • Performance media team management experience
  • Experience in working with ad technology, data and media partners
  • Mastery /social/mobile/video/display platforms
  • Thorough understanding of Programmatic bid management tools e.g. DV360, Trade Desk, Mediamath, Meta, Tiktok, Pinterest.

Knowledge of Adserving, campaign management, verification and other industry platforms desirable (Flashtalking, Nielsen DAR, MOAT, IAS etc)

  • Provide mentorship & management of Digital executives
  • Attention to detail that is second to none
  • Able to provide solutions and think outside of the box
  • A collaborative team member who thrives in working with others
  • A true professional with strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong organisation skills with a love for being one step ahead
  • Has a curious nature with a willingness for continuous learning and fearless growth
