About MFA Television Foundations
The television industry is evolving at a fast pace into a world where TV is consumed on multiple devices, traded in many different ways and measured using varied data sets.
Our ambition is to ensure that we are ready for this rapidly changing environment by ensuring MFA members have consistent foundation knowledge across television planning, buying and evaluation.
The MFA TV Foundations content has been developed collaboratively across all MFA Media Agency Members and based on the Australian market.

This industry recognised program sets a benchmark for what constitutes basic television proficiency, ensuring that all members have a clear understanding of the television landscape, including its terminology, planning process, the trading models, and the evaluation and measurement methods.
Participants will receive professional certification as evidence of their knowledge upon successful completion of one exam.
The program has been designed for anyone, at any level, working in a client facing function, television and non-television. However, if you are employed at an MFA member agency and have less than 2 years’ experience, it is a must have capability.
