The Role

As part of the HX Partnerships team, the Digital Account Manager is responsible for managing the digital delivery for our client’s campaigns, delivering best in class planning and implementation for our campaigns within the HX Teams. As a valued member of the team, the Digital Account Manager is responsible for driving and enhancing our agency culture of Never Standing Still.

Of course, we do require a specific skillset with strong knowledge across all media channels however, what is equally just as important is we hire someone:

Manage the digital delivery within the individual Starcom client team(s)

Consult and input into technology, data and partnership solutions for clients

Continuously champion opportunities to ensure client is abreast of current digital landscape and trends

Input into client and campaign planning including provision of relevant data and recommendations

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience across digital media
  • Previous experience managing campaigns across display/social/mobile/video
  • Experienced in digital planning and activation tools e.g. Nielsen, Campaign Manager, GMP suite, Kenshoo, IAS, Double Verify, Amazon
  • Top line understanding of Industry monitoring systems e.g. Nielsen Hitwise, Adthena, SimilarWeb
  • Proven ability and demonstrating of exceeding client and campaign objectives
  • Experience in managing teams is desirable
  • Understanding of display/social/mobile/video and search platforms
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of digital planning and activation tools e.g. Nieilsen, DCM, DV360, Brand Networks
  • Top line understanding of Industry monitoring systems e.g. Nielsen, Hitwise,
  • Intermediate understanding of digital capabilities, including but not limited to: digital attribution, analytics, CRO, SEO
  • Good overall knowledge of Starcom products and services
  • Awareness of latest market developments and trends
  • Understanding of the commercial aspects to our business
  • Strong working knowledge of the media marketplace and new opportunities
  • Able to provide solutions and think outside of the box
  • A collaborative team member who thrives in working with others
  • A true professional with strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong organisation skills with a love for being one step ahead
  • Has a curious nature with a willingness for continuous learning and fearless growth
