Overview:

Responsibilities

  • Deliver the Implementation Planning and Buying, spanning both offline and online media types, powered by highest excellence in data, technology, and automation
  • Ensuring client campaigns are executed and amplified in an effective, efficient, and future facing way. The scope of Investment incorporates traditional media (TV, Cinema, Out of Home, Radio, Print, Digital Video and Display) and the online evolution of traditional media (Addressable TV, Programmatic OOH, Music Streaming and Podcasting
  • Working with media partners and other members of the team to help develop relationships
  • Helping to educate the wider agency and other departments
  • Utilise expert media knowledge and your wealth of industry experience to uncover innovative insights in the media space that drive strategic growth for your client's business – proactively seek out strategic trading opportunities that make a difference
  • Oversee negotiations for CHEP Media, including preparation of briefing materials, negotiation strategies and analysis
  • Embed a ‘screens based' buying approach, with traditional offline traders buying BVOD and other video formats to deliver a “screen-neutral” solution for clients to optimise effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Expertise in media planning principles (e.g., scheduling, flighting, recency, effective reach theories, seasonality, market prioritisation, roles of all communication channels) and exceptional ability to utilise agency and industry tools to enhance and support planned recommendation.
  • Support the team's output, ensuring media is planned with measurable outcomes that align with the briefed business priorities with reporting delivered to a high standard.
  • Build and maintain the strongest personal and professional relationships with clients.
  • Effective management and leadership of any direct reports, conduct performance discussions and delivery of career plans
  • Be responsible for assessing the training needs of your direct reports
  • Manage your direct reports delivery of campaign administration including media owners' briefs, contract tracking, budget controls
