Role Type: Permanent Part Time (2-3 days per week),

Reporting Into: Commercial Director

Daily Role Requirements

Media Creditor Management

·       Manage & reconcile media creditors

·       Manage all queries and adjustments

·       Manage all processing of media payments

·       Manage SMD monthly creditor reconciliations to Month end close

·       Maintain Spectra Masterfiles

·       Liaise with Business Directors to close monthly proformas and run Client invoicing through SPF

Weekly Accounts Payable Management

·       Bank Reconciliations

·       Credit Card Reconciliations

·       Media Cash Flow Forecasts

·       Input creditor invoices & process payments for Commercial Director

Monthly Accounts Payable Management

·       Reconcile EOM Balance Sheet & General Ledger accounts for Commercial Director

·       Maintain monthly Expenditure & Revenue Reports for EOY & YOY

·       Undertake Adhoc tasks as directed by Commercial Director
