Overview:

ROLE PURPOSE:

The Performance Coordinator is to embrace and develop strong foundational skills that moves people through handcrafted memorable media with a focus in supporting the delivery of effective performance marketing programs.

A snapshot of what you'll do:

Product/delivery -

  • Good understanding of Bohemia handcrafted process and your role in implementation + understanding your contribution to it by supporting teams building recommendations.
  • Process and load budgets and invoices with accuracy (as per Bohemia Invoicing Process).
  • Ensure that the finance tracker is kept up to date.
  • Assist team with sourcing information, setting-up campaigns, confirming bookings, issuing specs and any other implementation tasks required.
  • Implement and QA all required tags / pixels.
  • Ensure all match keys are implemented correctly in support of Bohemias PRISM reporting solution.
  • Source and supply of all data to inform campaign post analysis and reporting across all channels.

Clients -

  • Develop deep understanding and relentless curiosity of your clients business and in depth understanding of their competitive set.
  • Active participant in all internal and relevant external WIPs.
  • Maintain accurate campaign pacing documents and support in the delivery of client KPIs & Objectives through ongoing tracking and optimisation.
  • Actively manage challenges and issues of delivery and ensure timely escalation.

Take ownership over the delivery of all client approved targets, on time & within budget.

People -

  • Support team to prepare recommendations with data, analysis and insights.
  • Ability to work well in an integrated team and foster strong relationships with broader Bohemians.
  • Contribute to team morale, and build a fun, enjoyable environment.
  • Be an active participant in all relevant agency training programs.

Your Unique Skills

  • Passion for performance marketing industry and broader understanding of the media landscape.
  • Foundational skill sets including: organisation, strong attention to detail, excellent communication abilities (both oral & written).
  • An understanding of performance media fundamentals.
  • Ability to apply your learning to the day to day operation of client campaigns.
  • Ability to work in a team environment building trust and rapport and demonstrating a proactive and inquisitive mind.
  • Demonstrate a thirst for knowledge of the evolving media landscape encompassing all facets of the digital landscape.
  • A strong curious analytical mind looking for insights in data.
