Overview:

The Performance Executive is responsible for delivering effective performance marketing programs that move people in a way that drives growth for our clients.

They are honing their technical capabilities whilst building their management and client skills.

A snapshot of what you'll do:

Product/delivery -

  • Develop weekly BAU/campaign insights and optimisation recommendations for all live activities.
  • Prepare any required text only ad copy ie. search or social for client approval.
  • Ensure all required tags / pixels are implemented correctly and QA’d.
  • Deliver accurate media plans for client approval and Rubii reporting.
  • Ensure all budgets and invoices have been loaded correctly in accordance with the invoicing process.
  • Ability to work with internal and external deliverables and manage own workloads.
  • Solid understanding of the agency positioning + process and your role in implementation & trading

Clients -

  • Develop deep understanding and relentless curiosity of your clients business
  • Active participant in all internal and relevant external WIPs.
  • Deliver to client KPIs & Objectives through ongoing tracking and optimisation.
  • Actively manage challenges and issues of delivery and ensure timely escalation.
  • Take ownership over the delivery of all client approved targets, on time & within budget.

People -

  • Support team to prepare recommendations with data, analysis and insights.
  • Coach, inspire and nurture Performance Coordinators working in your team.

Your Unique Skills

  • 1-3 years hands on Performance Marketing experience across a variety of channels such as search,
  • social, display, affiliates & retargeting.
  • 1+ years’ experience in the day to day optimisation of client BAU or campaign activity.
  • Established excellence in foundational skill-sets including:
  • organisation, strong attention to detail, excellent communication abilities (both oral & written).
  • Current media partner, platform or technology certifications.
  • Prior experience with Performance Marketing Technology across Search, DSP & Ad-serving platforms and analytics & measurement tools.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with the day to day client teams.
  • Successful delivery of client campaign objectives & KPIs.
  • Passion for the local/global performance marketing industry and a broad understanding of the media landscape.
  • Understanding of and practical experience using industry and proprietary tools.
