About Bohemia

Our Purpose at Bohemia is to Move People Through Handcrafted Memorable Media.

We believe that media is most effective when it is crafted in a way that moves people, impacting both their beliefs and behaviours to ultimately draw them into a brand experience, ensuring a brand is not just purchased, but part of their story.

This can only be achieved when media is crafted with a business's unique growth opportunity and narrative in mind, which is why we blend our commitment to drive commercial success with a knack for intuitive storytelling, with the ever evolving opportunities within marketing intelligence, to create something bespoke for all our clients.

We think media is more than gaining attention in a moment. It’s about being consistently memorable across all interactions, so you earn a place in consumers' minds. This requires an agency that can ensure our clients' stories are amplified with the right frequency, through the most resonant contexts, in moments of heightened emotion.

We don’t just buy media space, we craft bespoke media ecosystems that move people towards brands, moving brands closer to their growth ambition.

Our purpose extends to our Bohemians also. We create memorable career moments for our people that moves them forward in Bohemia and outside of it.

Bohemians are a curious, passionate, challenging and hungry bunch who want to get under the hood, understand problems and come up with unique and creative solutions.

As part of the M&C Saatchi Group we come together to realise BIG AMBITIONS. And ours is to be the most connected creative company by organising original thinkers in uncommon ways.

We’re committed to building a diverse workplace and strongly encourage applications from First Nations people, people with disability, people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, mature age workers and LGBTQIA+ people. Our flexible work approach, employee-led diversity networks and inclusive career development approach all support and promote one of our core values ‘Walk in Different Worlds’ which helps describe our overall DE&I mission. If you require any adjustments throughout the recruitment process, please let our team know.

We celebrate people who embrace our values and BIG AMBITIONS.

What WE Value MOST

  • Walk in different worlds
  • Make Uncommon Sense
  • Run Towards the Fire (except if there is an actual fire when we run away from it)
  • Roll as one
  • Be excellent to each other
